We are URGENTLY hiring residential and commercial property cleaning specialists and lead cleaning specialists in the following Arizona cities:

• Buckeye
• El mirage
• Maricopa
• Mesa
• Goodyear

No experience required, we will train you! This is part time, great for college students who just need a little bit of extra income when they are not in school. Here are the requirements:

• We would prefer you to have a vehicle, but it is not a deal breaker if you dont
• Must love helping people
• Must have be willing to work part time hours only at this time, but potential full time hours will be available soon, for those who are interested
• Must be outgoing and able to hold friendly conversation with clients to build rapport with them

If you are not in the above listed areas, apply anyway, we service from Tucson to Casa Grande, Florence, Paradise Valley… if its in AZ, we will expand our business to cover it. For Lead cleaning specialist, starting pay will be 18/hr for training and $20/hr after you complete your probationary period. (the length of time it takes to complete that is really up to you, as everyone works at a different pace) and regular cleaning specialist will be paid $18/hr across the board.

All employees are also eligible to earn commission if they refer new clients to the company (15% of that clients first cleaning) and if the employee is able to upsell an additional service while at the clients home, that employee earns 10% of that service fee in commission. AND IN ADDITION TO ALL OF THAT, clients also often tip their cleaners as well.
