Salary Range: $22.93 - $27.62 Hourly
Job Shift: 1st Shift

• Clean offices and bathrooms. Wax floors and shampoo carpets.
• Replace light bulbs, perform minor repairs in bathrooms.
• Basic painting, plumbing, electrical.
• Some dry-wall repairs.
• Move furniture as needed.
• Perform basic gardening.
• Other essential duties may be assigned.

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalency.
• Must have English reading and verbal communication skills sufficient to read, understand and communicate the company operating procedures and policies.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Valid California Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Experience:
  
  Basic knowledge of janitorial.
