Driver​/cleaners wanted>Full time potential for Experienced Commercial and residential Cleaning

About the Role

We are recruiting housekeepers for residential and commercial cleaning. The position begins part‑time (2–3 days, 4–8 hours per day) and can progress to full‑time (30–40 hours per week), with earnings up to $900 per week based on performance and revenue sharing.

• Clean customers’ homes following Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Manage the team schedule and drive safely (for team leads).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked.

• Minimum 1 year of recent home cleaning experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Completion of a background check.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (mop, vacuum, dust, etc.).
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm (or weekends for full‑time).
• Bilingual preferred, ability to communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car (team lead).

• Guaranteed minimum wage: $17.00 per hour.
• Earn up to $800 per week with performance pay and revenue sharing.
• Seasoned team leads earn $18–22 per hour plus performance pay.
• Includes stable schedule, company cleaning supplies, training, appointments, uniform, and company vehicle.
