Job Summary:

Outdoor’s vast out of home advertising inventory. Responsibilities include installing copy, performing light maintenance, and conducting standard warehousing activities while ensuring safety compliance.

• Safely installs production material on bulletins, posters, and other advertising products (e.g., vinyl products on billboards).
• Ensures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.
• Inspects site and reports any issues such as tree blockage or structure issues via mobile platform (iOS or Android).
• Maintains sites, trims trees and shrubs, paints signs, clears debris, etc.
• Reports any landlord issues or complaints.
• Uses company-issued equipment and systems to review work instructions and input data after job is completed.
• Takes photographs of completed job as needed.
• Performs standard warehousing activities (e.g., receiving, shipping, etc.) as they pertain to billboard copy material, billboard components, and other equipment.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Certifications – High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
• Work Experience – Minimum one year of related work experience (e.g., light/medium construction, delivery-type role).
• Skills – Climbing structures (up to 100 feet or higher) required; competent in using mobile platforms for tracking and reporting; peak Microsoft Outlook mail; disciplined with ability to follow instructions; ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Regularly lift, pull, push, or position heavy objects, ladders, ropes, pulleys, material, and other equipment exceeding 75 lbs.
• Climb ladders and stairs and work at heights of 100 feet or more.
• Walk and stand for long periods, perform strenuous labor, sometimes under adverse weather.
• Work in outdoor environment may involve heat, cold, humidity, and marked temperature changes.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision and ability to adjust focus.

• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class preferred.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
