Complete repairs, painting, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to ensure apartments are move-in ready for new residents;
Clean and prepare vacant units for new occupants, including ensuring appliances are in working order, walls are painted, and floors are spotless;
Inspect apartments for damage and address maintenance issues before move-ins;
Replace or repair damaged fixtures, fittings, or furniture in the unit;
Dress code:
Jeans (no holes), steel toe shoes, and a work appropriate shirt
