About the Role We’re looking for someone who is good with their hands, takes pride in their work, and enjoys fixing things right the first time. This role is responsible for getting apartment units ready for new residents, including painting, repairs, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything is move-in ready. We will train the right person who shows effort, attitude, and attention to detail.

Compensation: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience), verified by a skills assessment

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (paint, repairs, touch-ups)
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
• Identify issues and fix them before they become problems
• Complete make-ready units on time and at a high standard
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work with the team to turn units efficiently

• Mechanically inclined or good with tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Basic maintenance or construction experience is a plus
• Likes working with hands more than sitting behind a desk
• Notices problems and fixes them
