Engineer - Preventative Maintenance

We are hiring an Engineer Preventative Maintenance to join our team. If you are hands‑on, reliable, and looking to grow your maintenance skills in a supportive environment we want to meet you.

• Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property
• Inspect and service building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety
• Document work completed, log service records and report potential issues
• Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand and compliance standards
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment
• Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs

• Basic background in general maintenance, building operations or facilities
• Willingness to follow preventive maintenance checklists and procedures
• Attention to detail, dependability and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, walk the property and carry tools/equipment
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required
