This role will report directly to the COO and is open to candidates relocating to El Paso, TX./p pThe Vice President of Fleet Maintenance oversees all company maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facility, and fleet reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. They develop maintenance strategies, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead technical teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance. This executive role requires strong leadership and strategic planning./p

Responsibilities:/strong/p ul li Provide strategic leadership and direction to the MVT fleet maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards./li li Reduce MVTs overall cost of ownership of equipment./li li Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance staff, cultivating a culture of customer-focused service, technical proficiency, and continuous improvement./li li Collaborate closely with vendors to establish maintenance protocols, performance metrics, and communication channels that foster a strong partnership./li

li Analyze equipment maintenance data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced reliability./li li Ensure the companys maintenance facilities and equipment are compliant with DOT and OSHA regulations./li /ul Pay Range:
