Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Support the Facilities Manager in coordinating all aspects of property and facility management, maintenance, and record keeping;
Act as a key liaison for building operations, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors to support smooth and compliant operations;
Oversee facilities technicians and contractors, ensuring work quality, adherence to procedures, and timely completion of tasks;
Coordinate and schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine site inspections across GMP and non-GMP areas;
Ensure all documentation, logs, and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time in accordance with site procedures and regulatory expectations
