Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department in a Boiler Operator position as well as performing overall facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience with boilers, plumbing, and mechanics.

Up to $30/hour*
* ** Shift: Mon-Fri**  (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform routine and preventative maintenance on boilers, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

+ Monitor and troubleshoot facility systems including power, HVAC, and controls.

+ Maintain general facility upkeep, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.

+ Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as required.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with a focus on boilers and facility systems.

+ Strong mechanical background with knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.

+ Certification in boilers or chillers is preferred.

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
