* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Performs general cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned facility to include but not limited to restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
* Cleans windows and mirrors throughout the facility.
* Clean, disinfect, sanitize, and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning high/low areas).
* Empties and decontaminates trash containers.
* Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces throughout the facility.
* Maintains facility floors clean of all debris. Utilizes Tennant machine to clean store and warehouse floors. Utilizes mop heads inside office areas. Utilizes vacuum for carpets when applicable.
* Utilizes cleaning tools provided by ECC.
* Keeps environmental closet organized and stores all supplies and tools accordingly.
* Notifies supervisor/manager of any safety hazards.
* Documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
* Follows instructions from the environmental supervisor.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
** Duties and Responsibilities for Warehouse:
*** Maintains warehouse floors clean of all debris, including shrink wrap and wood chips in the following areas: 9 or more aisles, receiving docks, and freezer/cooler floors.
* Utilizes Tennant machine to clean warehouse floors.
* Manually (use of pallet jack) moves pallets to clean floors.
* Clean, disinfect, sanitize, and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning high/low areas).
* Maintains outside areas clean of all debris to include front and backyard.
* Maintains clean rack beams.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Bilingual preferred.
* Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
* Integrity and ability to work independently.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule.
