- Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 5:30AM to 2:00PM (occasional Saturday) - Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly
Various maintenance duties need to be performed, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning elevators, stairs, clean stair handrails, painting, maintaining equipment to be clear of dust and remove graffiti when needed.
Job Description:
- Duties consist of regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.
- Walk the entire parking structure, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
- Empty trash cans/receptacles from every floor.
- Clean/Vacuum office.
- Mop elevators and lobbies
- Maintain PARCS equipment clean and clear of dust.
- Remove graffiti when needed.
- Painting parking structure walls, curbs, and staircase handrails.
- Special projects - Deep cleaning

Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual with great customer service and courtesy skills.
- Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Need to be able to operate a golf cart.
- Must be comfortably working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to safely use cleaning products (chemicals).
