Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Overview
This position is responsible for maintaining club building operations as directed and for providing the highest level of service to members. Associates consistently deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities- Learn and apply the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance of the building, including pool vacuuming, testing and adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical work, and painting.
- Restock supplies, replenish inventory, and manage product inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Greet members and guests throughout the property.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of the property.
- Listen attentively to members, follow through on needs, and communicate timely.
- Follow up as required to ensure member satisfaction.
- Actively participate in events, programs, meetings, and training.
- Represent the club professionally in image, dress, communication, and response.
- Schedule may vary and may require weekend, holiday, day, or evening hours.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Minimum three (3) years of building operations experience.
- Professional, friendly manner with excellent customer service attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, dependable team player.
- Self‑motivated with initiative, proactive, and willing to acquire new skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- High cleanliness standards.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands include regularly sitting, standing, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing. Occasionally walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required, and the associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level is usually moderate.

Estimated Base Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour
