Conduct daily inspections of building exterior and interior;
Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping and mopping floors and stairs, cleaning entry doors and glass, mid-day cleaning of washrooms, and other miscellaneous cleaning as needed;
Inspect and test building equipment such as exit and emergency lights, door relay panel, roof drains, sump pumps, water supply valve, and irrigation;
Receive shipments at loading dock, move palletized and boxed equipment within the facility, organize storage areas, and remove recyclable materials;
Assist with custodial work, parts and material storage and inventory, equipment status checks, and other general assignments
