Facilities Lead

Our client, a dynamic organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Lead to join their team. As a Facilities Lead, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of client facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Lead

Pay Range: $25 - $29

Shift: 4:30 pm - 1:00 am

• Coordinate activities of maintenance workers and service employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining facilities.
• Assist in creating a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
• Monitor employee productivity and suggest improvements for service and efficiency.
• Assign responsibilities and oversee routine tasks for a team of 3 to 10 employees.
• Work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service, and issue resolution.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of related work experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staff responsibilities and manage resources effectively.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations, with the ability to apply safety procedures consistently.
