TS​/SCI Cleaner

About the Role:

Oasis Facility Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy TS/SCI Cleaner to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This is a unique and critical role supporting secure government or defense facilities, where your professionalism and discretion are just as important as your cleaning expertise. If you take pride in maintaining spotless, compliant environments and hold the required clearance, we want to hear from you!

• Perform janitorial and custodial duties within TS/SCI cleared and secured facilities
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs)
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, mops, buffers, and floor scrubbers
• Dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility security protocols
• Maintain compliance with all security procedures, access controls, and clearance requirements
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizing materials
• Report maintenance issues or security concerns to facility management promptly

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required
• Prior experience in commercial, government, or defense facility cleaning preferred
• Ability to follow strict security protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Must pass a background investigation consistent with clearance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
