About swiss
Qprintswiss
Qprint designs and builds high-precision UV LED flatbed and roll-to-roll printers. We are expanding our team with a Service Technician who delivers expert installations, meticulous maintenance, and an exceptional customer experience.
On Monday, you might be onsite at a customer’s facility, bringing a new UV flatbed online and training operators. Midweek, you’re troubleshooting a roll-to-roll printer, making adjustments that restore peak performance. When you’re not on the road, you’re in our Elgin office providing hotline assistance by phone, email, or Team Viewer, refurbishing trade-in machines, and keeping our demo printers show-ready. You’ll coordinate your own travel logistics—and you keep any loyalty points you earn.
Throughout the week, you’ll capture service notes, complete reports, and sync with 2nd-level support and engineering colleagues in Switzerland to relay insights that improve our products.
