THE ROLE
Maintenance Leadman is responsible for maintaining plant equipment in a state of readiness and direct work assignments within the Maintenance unit. Performs the appropriate plant production equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. Prepares all required daily/weekly department operating reports.

- Performs the appropriate plant production equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required
Work Experience:
Three years plus related maintenance experience in a quarry to include experience troubleshooting, changes screens and bearing and preventive maintenance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills, to include Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- MSHA certification.
- Experience leading, delegating work, training and supporting a team.
- Familiarity with safety equipment and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in changing conditions.
- Positive attitude; willingness to collaborate and support team.
- Required to walk on irregular surfaces that may be muddy and in reduced lighting conditions.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry at least 50lbs.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
