• Install, repair, and maintain swiss
  
  Qprint UV flatbed and roll‑to‑roll printers across the U.S. (travel ~40%–75%)
• Plan and book your own travel; keep any points or rewards you earn
• Deliver remote hotline support when not traveling via phone, email, or Team Viewer
• Refurbish trade‑in machines and maintain demo printers at our Elgin, IL office
• Partner with 2nd‑level support and engineering in Switzerland to elevate product performance
• Handle essential service administration and reporting to keep processes humming
• Invest in continual learning to strengthen and maintain technical qualifications

This full‑time role is based in Elgin, IL. You’ll travel regularly (approximately 40% to 75%). You will organize your own travel arrangements and may retain any earned travel points or benefits.

• Solid computing skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
