The Village of South Elgin is looking for a Maintenance Worker I to join the Parks & Recreation Department. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks for Village properties, supporting park activities, and responding to emergency situations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or G.E.D., a minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance, and knowledge of operating equipment. The starting salary is $28.11 per hour with a range of $28.11 - $35.24 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.
