** What You’ll Do
*** Perform daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.
* Complete building and exterior repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other facility components.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues while supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.
* Partner with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize equipment performance, and support production goals.
* Assist with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, production output, and manufacturing processes.
* Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance projects and operational improvements.
** What You’ll Bring
*** High school diploma or GED required.
* At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
* Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities; bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

*** A full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with some Saturdays as needed.

* Exposure to a variety of maintenance, facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.
