Perform facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards.;
Document maintenance using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).;
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, heat exchangers, controls, etc.;
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair patient care equipment such as beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables, etc.;
Respond to emergencies such as leaks, floods, water outages, fires, power outages, equipment failures, etc. and assist with preventive maintenance and safety checks.
