About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Amber Court of Elizabeth. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of our beautifully appointed facilities. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills will be essential in providing exceptional support to our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, painting, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures.
  • Assist with landscaping and snow removal duties as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Maintenance Assistant with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
  • Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview process).
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
