• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long‑term care experience is preferred but not required. Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.

• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventive maintenance on equipment, ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
