Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment including balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, motors, and bearings;
Assist technicians with adjustments, repairs, or replacements of fixed and rolling stock equipment;
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards;
Follow WM Safety and OSHA requirements; work flexible hours including nights/weekends;
Support project-related maintenance tasks as needed
