Overview

About the Role: We're looking for a reliable, hard-working team player to join our industrial maintenance team. You'll be trained to operate a sit-down forklift and cross-trained on various tasks, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring machinery. If you enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, this could be a great fit!

• Monitor and refill oil and fluid levels in machines.
• Clean cooling fans, remove hoppers, and change filters.
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance and inspections.
• Use measurement tools and record data via a mobile app.
• Assist with fluid system changes and inventory tracking.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the day.

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience counts too!).
• Some mechanical or CNC experience is a plus (but not required).
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and walking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Steel-toe shoes required (bring them to your interview!).
