TM ASSOCIATES MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Maintenance Tech for Barnesville, Bethesda and Powhatan Point properties. The role covers heating, cooling, hot water systems, and general electrical and mechanical upkeep to ensure safe, reliable living environments.
You will perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, grounds care, and report issues to the Site Manager. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required;
English communication skills are essential.
