Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a maintenance technician to perform non-routine tasks maintaining buildings and equipment at the community. You will complete CMMS work orders, maintain equipment, and support safety and cleanliness of facilities.
You will operate hand and power tools, follow infection control procedures, and assist in Life Safety inspections and drills, while working within Ever True safety guidelines. On-call duties may be required, including after-hours and weekend shifts.
