Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities equipment and fixtures following established schedules;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment or fixtures and document wear and tear;
Carry out major and minor repairs using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades;
Manage work orders and maintenance schedules, coordinate with contractors, and track parts and expenses;
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart quality standards; provide guidance and support to teammates.
