Accounting Specialist

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Enter payments, invoices, and bank transactions
• Support inventory tracking and material documentation
• Assist with shipping paperwork as needed
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Use Quick Books and Excel for day-to-day accounting tasks

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting
• Hands-on experience with Quick Books
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high-volume data
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Enjoys working in a small office environment
