Gilder Search Group is seeking a Billing Associate for our Elk Grove Village location. You will assist the Accounting Manager with accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and related financial record-keeping across all service lines.
Responsibilities include invoicing, payment auditing, credit card pre-authorizations, waiver prep, issuing purchase orders, handling vendor invoices, and collecting on outstanding accounts. Strong communication and AI proficiency are required to thrive in this role.
