• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, such as acquiring new clients needing customs clearance, trade compliance, or integrated 3PL solutions involving brokerage.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives, account managers, or brokers focused on customs/import‑export accounts.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key national or strategic accounts.
• Developing and executing a national sales strategy to grow revenue and market share for customs brokerage services, including setting targets, forecasting, and aligning with overall company goals.
• Travels up to 50%.
• Other duties as required and assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related area of study from a 4‑year college or university.
• Minimum 7 years experience as a sales executive in Third‑Party Logistics (3PL); or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Record of excellent sales performance results in the applicable market.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to work with internal groups to solve problems on the behalf of customers and prospects.
• Ability to negotiate profitable partner relationships (contracts) with regional, and national logistics clients.
