Full-Time | Operations & Growth Leadership Role
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and positive professional to step into a key leadership role within our company. This position plays a central part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while actively helping us grow.
If you are internally goal-oriented, self-driven, and take pride in getting things done with minimal management intervention, this could be an excellent fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Team Leadership & Development- Oversee and support our underground team, helping them stay organized, efficient, and motivated.
- Manage outside sales associates and ensure they have clear direction and accountability.
- Lead and coordinate large project teams to keep timelines, communication, and quality on track.
- Maintain and organize plumbing and drain permits to ensure compliance and smooth scheduling.
- Prepare meeting materials and help lead team discussions to keep everyone aligned.
- Assist the owner in growing the business by supporting projects from the initial job through completion and expansion.
- Answer incoming calls and schedule customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear, empathetic communication.
- Follow up with customers consistently to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain and grow our online reviews by encouraging satisfied clients to share their experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage collections professionally and respectfully.
This role touches nearly every part of the business. You won’t just be completing tasks. You will be helping shape the company’s growth, reputation, and internal culture.
