Operations Analyst

Sigma Tron International is a global leader in electronic manufacturing services (EMS), specializing in electronic contract manufacturing for a wide range of industries. With seven facilities across the United States, Mexico, China, and, Vietnam, we deliver scalable, high-quality manufacturing solutions to our customers.

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join Sigmatron International. This role is vital in optimizing our manufacturing processes and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. As part of Sigma Tron International, you will contribute to our mission of providing industry leading electronic manufacturing services. This role is full time in office, located at Sigmatron’s corporate headquarters in Elk Grove Village, IL.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, and SQL to support business decision-making.
• Communicate the results of the business, financial and data analysis.
• Monitor for accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting.
• Assist in forecasting and planning activities to meet production demands.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Ability to accomplish goals with little or no supervision, determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
