We’re looking for a Construction Manager to own project execution, client relations, and cross‑team coordination to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

• Full‑time, 50/50

This role will be approximately 50% in the field and 50% in the office or remote, depending on project needs (HQ: Elk Grove Village, IL).

• Contract: W‑2 or 1099
• Reports to: Director of Operations

• Manage client communications, updates, permitting, and reporting for assigned projects
• Lead project planning and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Directly oversee teams and subcontractors working on underground construction, fiber splicing, and related scopes
• Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Report on project progress and KPIs to leadership

• 3+ years in construction or telecom project management
• Experience with underground construction, fiber installation, or utility infrastructure
• Strong leadership and client‑facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors
• Familiarity with permitting processes
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
