CTG is seeking to fill a Construction Project Manager position for our client.

Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will oversee the renovation and buildout of a facility being converted into a manufacturing site. This role will manage contractors, permitting, inspections, facility infrastructure, project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction and facility renovation projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, utilities, and local authorities.
- Manage permitting, inspections, project documentation, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, compressor, office, bathroom, and other facility infrastructure projects.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire codes, and site safety requirements.
- Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, schedule conflicts, and project risks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction, facilities, or industrial project management experience.
- Experience with manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, commercial, or facility renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management, permitting, inspections, scheduling, and contractor management.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and fire/life safety regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects preferred.
- Manufacturing facility startup, expansion, or buildout experience preferred.
- PMP, CCM, Construction Management degree, or related credentials preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
