We are a well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, construction expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee project procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
  • Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred.
