Sr Quality Engineer
Target salary range: $105,000–$115,000 plus bonus.
Role SummaryThis role supports quality system compliance and effectiveness across the full value stream, from suppliers through design and manufacturing to the customer. The position partners cross‑functionally to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a safety role model by promoting and engineering safety into all work processes.
- Support personal and departmental quality KPIs; implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and design qualification activities, including:
- Development of control plans and inspection methods (in‑process and final).
- Participation in Design for Manufacturing reviews.
- Participation in Design and Process FMEA activities.
- Support of FAIR and inspection activities throughout NPI.
- Support Lean transformation efforts by applying Lean tools to improve safety, process efficiency, and cost.
- Ensure customer quality requirements are communicated internally and throughout the supply chain.
- Respond to customer requests for quality data, documentation, and records as needed.
- Support DMR, RMA, CAPA, internal audits, and process qualification activities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer strongly preferred.
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience supporting Quality functions in a regulated industry (Aerospace and/or Medical Device preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 13485.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $ per year.
