Dexter Magnetic Technologies in Elk Grove Village is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products. This role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and improving operational efficiency by supporting cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. A thorough knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, is preferred. The position includes a salary range of $95,000–$105,000 plus benefits.
