Your Role:
  • Prepare and review survey documents, including boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and construction calculations.
  • Research and produce sealed survey documents such as Right-of-Way maps, easements, and other critical materials.
  • Enter, compute, and verify field data using CAD software to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead and motivate survey crews, drafting technicians, and project teams.
  • Oversee field survey work, including property line establishment, construction staking, and topographic surveys.
  • Interact with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success from start to finish.
  • Solve complex surveying challenges and contribute to unique, high-profile projects.
  • Represent the firm positively, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in land surveying, with a background in residential and commercial projects preferred.
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or the ability to obtain licensure quickly.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with engineers and manage teams effectively.
  • Expertise in construction calculations, documentation, and project management.
  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
