• Partner with R&D and Operations to evaluate formulation changes, yields, and run rates; maintain standard costs and labor rate updates in ERP
• Monitor commodity markets, analyze trends, and translate insights into pricing/sourcing guidance as a Senior Financial Analyst, Cost & Margin
• Drive margin analysis by product, customer, and channel; identify erosion drivers (inflation, yield loss, freight, mix) and recommend actions
• Build/maintain financial models for pricing scenarios and customer profitability; support annual price‑increase planning
• Provide financial support to strategic initiatives, capital projects, and operational improvements as the Senior Financial Analyst, Cost & Margin
• Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and variance analyses; ensure ERP/BI data integrity and drive automation/standardization
• Deliver audit‑ready schedules and documentation; help strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CMA preferred)
• 8+ years in cost accounting and/or cost/margin financial analysis (food manufacturing preferred)—ideal for a Senior Financial Analyst, Cost & Margin
• Strong understanding of standard costing, BOMs, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers
• Experience analyzing commodity markets and translating trends into actionable financial guidance
• Advanced Excel;
Power BI, SQL, and ERP (Microsoft Navision preferred)
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence—critical for a Senior Financial Analyst, Cost & Margin partnering with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial
• Detail‑oriented, highly analytical, and effective at prioritizing in a fast‑moving environment
