Innoved Institute, established in 2011, provides human cadaveric specimens, medical supplies, and field lab services to support medical advancements. Known for excellent care of clients and employees, we are a growing company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

We offer flexible schedules and on-the-job training. We are seeking candidates for the Lab Associate role within the Instruments & Order Fulfillment team.

• Curiosity and comfort working with human cadaveric specimens
• Familiarity with medical instrumentation preferred, but not required
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new disciplines
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Reliable commute or plans to relocate before starting

• Assist in order packing, tissue pulling, and related tasks
• Organize, catalog, and maintain medical equipment and supplies
• Disinfect surgical instrumentation
• Assist with specimen and equipment deliveries and pickups
• Work under changing conditions and urgent needs
• Follow safety and compliance regulations
• Availability for additional hours on Sundays is preferred
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to all policies and procedures

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Stand for extended periods
