As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will onboard new payroll clients, training and supporting them to effectively use ADP’s payroll solutions. You’ll partner with customers to customize configurations, expand capabilities, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Implement ADP’s payroll solutions, translating complex information into user‑friendly guidance.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert guiding the project team and optimizing system configuration and product upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely solutions within client‑defined timelines.
• Resolve implementation issues with minimal direction, maintaining accuracy of all client setup data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—sales, customer service, and product teams—to share priorities, identify risks, and provide process improvement ideas.
• Coach and mentor less‑experienced implementation specialists, acting as an escalation point when needed.

• 3+ years of experience in a business‑to‑business client service, customer service, or systems integration environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.

• Strong project‑management skills and ability to multitask.
• Team‑oriented mindset with effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical‑thinking ability.
• Recognizes basic procedural issues and appropriately escalates them.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.

$25.91 – $51.88 per hour, depending on location, level of experience and other factors.
