We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support technology initiatives that improve manufacturing operations across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Information Technology, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Finance, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate IT projects supporting manufacturing operations, engineering, production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross‑functional business units, IT teams, engineering, manufacturing leadership, project stakeholders, and third‑party vendors.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
• Support ERP enhancements, manufacturing systems implementations, infrastructure upgrades, process automation initiatives, and enterprise technology rollouts.
• Ensure project documentation complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and IT governance policies.
• Foster effective communication across departments to ensure alignment between technical solutions, manufacturing objectives, and business priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in IT project coordination, IT support or a similar role (Internships will be considered).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
