We are a Plaintiff Firm handling complex and high stakes multi-district Mass Tort cases. If you want to gain trial experience, work on complex and important cases, and grow within a firm, then please apply!

Job Description We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Permanent Mass Torts Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex legal matters related to mass torts. Your role will primarily revolve around representing plaintiffs in cases of mass torts, often related to large-scale public health or consumer product issues. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate attorney to use their expertise in mass torts to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and communities affected by mass torts.
Responsibilities
Represent plaintiffs in mass tort litigation, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the compensation they deserve.Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to identify all potential defendants and build a strong case.Draft and file complaints, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring all paperwork is timely and accurately completed.Negotiate settlements on behalf of plaintiffs, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mass torts law, staying informed of any changes or developments that could impact cases.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure efficient case management.Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases, ensuring they are informed and understand every step of the process.Participate in multi-district litigation (MDL) when required, coordinating with other attorneys to ensure the best representation for all clients involved.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in mass torts law.Proven experience in multi-district litigation (MDL) is a must.Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes for clients.Strong research skills, with the ability to investigate complex cases and identify all potential defendants.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters to clients.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once and meet all deadlines.A passion for advocating for the rights of individuals and communities affected by mass torts.High ethical standards and professional integrity.Application
