• Serves as the customer service liaison between GEODIS and the customer.
• Processes all documents and information requests received from GEODIS.
• Entersnotes, informationrequestsand document requests in Cargowisesystem.
• Sends information/document requests tocompany’semployees, suppliers, serviceprovidersor overseas production offices as needed.
• Communicates with specified offices, departments, and teams on all issues affecting Air Export
• Filesdocument requests, correspondence, and documents in a file folderidentifiedby the applicable shipping number.
• Ensures operational procedures are in line with company needs.
• Ensures compliance with regard to TSA and/or government regulations.

• Minimum 2years experience in exportation of goods, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
• Experience in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of TSA and Government Agency requirements
• Knowledge of the movement of freight via air and/or truck
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
• Ability to successfully pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) background screening.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.
• Ability towriteroutine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good multi-tasking skills
