Carr Machine & Tool is seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Support Technician for a full-time, temporary position expected to last between 12 to 18 months. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a high‑precision manufacturing environment — with the added stability of full‑time benefits during the term of employment.
What You’ll Do- Perform light mechanical assembly and assist with part finishing
- Support shipping & receiving: packaging, labeling, and handling deliveries
- Fill machine fluids (coolant, way oil) and assist with routine shop upkeep
- Assist with general labor tasks across the shop as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on work environment
- Full‑time hours:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM - Temporary role expected to last 6–12 months
- Hourly pay, based on experience

You Should Be Proficient In- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- High School / GED
