- Operate CNC milling, boring, and turning machines utilizing FANUC controls
- Machine castings and forgings into precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Maintain close tolerances and high-quality standards
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, adjustments, and light setups
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
- Verify conformance to customer and engineering requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and assist with process improvements
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with FANUC controls preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds
- Experience producing quality precision-machined parts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
Preferred Qualifications5+ years of CNC machining experience, formal machining training, or a combination of both.
Experience operating CNC equipment utilizing FANUC controls.
Working knowledge of tooling, machining practices, feeds, speeds, and offsets.
Experience machining castings, forgings, and close-tolerance components.
Basic computer skills.
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
