HMF Express is seeking proactive, reliable, and motivated General Laborers to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality door frames. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks, including building, packaging, cutting, and assembly, ensuring that our products meet industry standards. • Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.
• Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
• Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.
• Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.
• Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.

• Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.
• Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
