Job Description
The Associate Marketing Manager should be a hands-on, execution-driven, Go-To-Market Lead, who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and R&D. This role is responsible for bringing strategy to life—turning product innovation, market insights, and brand direction into customer-ready go-to-market execution. This role will be responsible for compelling sales tools, launch assets, product stories, and flavor collections that enable Sales to win and position Edlong as a trusted partner.
Operating at the execution center of Edlong’s Commercial Triangle, this role ensures alignment, clarity, and speed from innovation to customer impact.
- Serve as the hands-on marketing lead, translating strategic priorities into market-ready execution.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement tools, including:
- Customer presentations
- One-pagers and product sheets
- Launch kits and flavor collections
- Event and customer-facing materials in coordination with Digital and Brand Comms Specialist
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and strong on-brand storytelling across all GTM assets.
- Enable Sales adoption by supporting training, usage guidance, and continuous improvement of tools.
- Coordinate targeted customer-based marketing initiatives in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, in collaboration with Digital Analyst
- Maintain proactive communication with Sales on launches, campaigns, events, and customer initiatives. (In collaboration with Digital and Brand Comms Specialist)
- Translate product capabilities, flavor technologies, and market trends into compelling, customer-ready messaging.
- Build and maintain clear, customer-centric product line stories that support differentiation and commercial relevance.
- Identify messaging gaps and support product roadmap initiatives in close collaboration with R&D.
- Support and co-lead cross-functional teams during New Product Innovation cycles, from positioning through launch execution.
- Partner with the Digital Analyst to apply customer, campaign, and performance insights to refine messaging, prioritization, and GTM effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital & Brand Communications Specialist to ensure consistent product storytelling across sales tools, campaigns, and digital channels.
- Act as a proactive, service-oriented Marketing representative within commercial activities.
- Serve as a connector across Sales, R&D, Sales Operations, Digital Analytics, and Brand Communications, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Champion a collaborative, team-first mindset—communicative, adaptable, and committed to shared outcomes.
- Represent Marketing with professionalism, credibility, and a strong customer focus.
- Provide executional support to Edlong’s Commercial Triangle, ensuring that strategy, innovation, and selling are fully connected.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
